ハウス食品、契約社員８９人雇い止め　２０年勤続の人も

　ハウス食品が、店舗の陳列業務などを担当する契約社員８９人を９月末で雇い止めにしたことがわかった。ハウスの契約社員でつくる「派遣ユニオン・ハウス食品支部」が１日、記者会見して明らかにした。

　契約社員の契約期間は６カ月。これまで繰り返し更新され、２０年以上働いている人もいるという。ハウスは契約を９月末で打ち切った後、業務を外部に委託。契約社員たちについては、委託先が１年間受け入れた後、業務委託契約を個人で交わして働く「個人請負」に切り替える方針を伝えていた。

　契約社員は４月１日に組合を結成。ハウスによる雇用を続けることを求めて団体交渉を続けてきたが、折り合えなかった。

House Foods Corporation decided in September to stop employment of 89 contracted employees in charge of displays and other departments. The House Foods Corporation branch of Dispatch Union, made by House employees, held a press conference on the 1st and disclosed this to the public.

Temp Workers contract period is 6 months. Some employees have been renewing their contracts have worked for over 20 years. House will outsource work after the contracts are terminated at the end of September. There is a plan after a year of outsourcing  the temp workers can individually exchange with the outsourced company and switch to a "personal contract".

Temp workers established a union on April 1st. In order to continue employment at House, bargaining talks continued but they could not come to a compromise.
